Consultation & Ideas

Step 01

We start with a relaxed consultation (in-store or online) to understand:

Who the jewellery is for
Occasion (engagement, anniversary, birthday, heirloom remodel, etc.)
Preferred style (classic, vintage, minimalist, modern, bold)
Metal and gemstone preferences
Your budget and timescales

Bring any inspiration such as photos, sketches, old jewellery, or simply your ideas. We’ll do the rest.

Design & Sketches

Step 02

Our designers translate your ideas into initial concepts:

Hand sketches or digital renders
Choice of stone shapes, settings and metal finishes
Options at different price points

We refine the design with your feedback until everything is exactly as you’d like it.

Selecting Your Materials

Step 03

We help you choose:

Metals: Platinum, 18ct / 9ct white, yellow or rose gold, and other precious alloys
Gemstones: Diamonds and coloured stones (sapphires, rubies, emeralds and more), with clear guidance on quality, cut and size
Details: Setting style, band profile, engraving, texture and any hidden design touches

Ethical sourcing and quality are always at the heart of our recommendations.

Craftsmanship & Creation

Step 04

Once approved, your design goes to our workshop:

Your piece is made by experienced jewellers
Settings, polishing and finishing are all completed with care
Where appropriate, your jewellery is independently hallmarked for metal purity

We’ll keep you informed at key stages and let you know when your piece is ready.

Final Presentation

Step 05

Your bespoke jewellery is presented in a beautiful box, ready to be gifted or treasured. We can also:

Provide care and cleaning advice
Offer resizing options where suitable
Arrange valuations and appraisals on request

How Long Does Bespoke Take?

Timescales vary with design complexity and season, but as a guide:

Simple remounts or classic designs: often a few weeks
Highly detailed, intricate or stone-heavy designs: typically longer
