Each item is hand-packed with meticulous attention to detail and placed inside discreet outer packaging, with no reference to Ashford & Blake on the exterior. If you’re planning a surprise or sending a gift, you can be confident it will remain confidential.
Standard Delivery
Free on orders over £50

- Delivered within 2–3 working days for orders placed before 4pm
- Delivered by DPD or Royal Mail

Next Day Delivery
Free on orders over £100
£6.95 for orders under £100
- Order before 8pm Monday to Friday for next working day delivery
- Order before 6pm Saturday or Sunday for Monday delivery
- Delivered by DPD or Royal Mail
- Full tracking provided once dispatched

Ring Sizes & Special Orders
Certain ring sizes and bespoke or made-to-order items may have extended lead times. Estimated delivery times are clearly displayed on individual product pages.
Fraud Prevention & Security Checks
We take payment security seriously. All transactions undergo standard security verification procedures to protect both our clients and our business.
If additional checks are required, we may contact the cardholder directly. In such cases, dispatch may be slightly delayed.
Finance Purchases
If you choose to purchase using finance, delivery times may vary due to the credit approval process. We will keep you informed and provide an updated estimated delivery date where necessary.
Bank Holidays & Severe Weather
Orders are not processed on Bank Holidays. Please allow additional time when ordering around these dates.
While we work closely with our courier partners to meet advertised delivery times, severe or adverse weather conditions may occasionally cause delays beyond our control.
Returns
We want you to feel completely confident in your purchase.
30-Day Returns Policy
You may return eligible items within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, provided that:
- The item is unworn and in original condition
- All original packaging, certificates, and documentation are included
- The security tag (where applicable) remains intact
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 working days of receiving your return.
Exclusions
The following items are non-returnable unless faulty:
- Bespoke or made-to-order pieces
- Specially sized rings (outside standard sizing)
- Personalised or engraved items
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact our customer care team within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a return and replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
How to Return an Item
- Contact our Customer Care team to request a return authorisation.
- Securely package your item, including all original documentation.
- Use the advised tracked delivery service.
For high-value returns, we strongly recommend using insured delivery.
