However:

  • Colours may vary depending on screen settings
  • Measurements and weights may vary slightly due to the handcrafted nature of fine jewellery
  • Ring sizes are based on UK sizing unless otherwise stated

  1. Orders & Acceptance

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement email confirming receipt. This does not constitute acceptance of your order.

A binding contract is formed only when we dispatch the goods and send you a dispatch confirmation email.

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse any order
  • Cancel orders suspected of fraudulent activity
  • Limit quantities purchased

If your order is cancelled after payment has been taken, a full refund will be issued.



  1. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.

We accept major debit and credit cards and approved finance providers (where available).

Payment must be received in full before dispatch, unless purchasing through an authorised finance option.

We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors and cancel affected orders.

Delivery times and charges are outlined in our Delivery Policy.

While we aim to meet estimated delivery dates, delays may occur due to:

  • Security checks
  • Finance approval processes
  • Stock availability
  • Courier disruptions
  • Severe weather conditions

Ashford & Blake is not liable for delays outside of our reasonable control.

 

  1. Returns & Refunds

Our Returns Policy forms part of these Terms & Conditions.

You may return eligible items within the stated return period, provided they are:

  • Unworn
  • In original condition
  • Returned with all packaging and documentation

The following items are non-returnable unless faulty:

  • Bespoke or made-to-order items
  • Engraved or personalised pieces
  • Special order ring sizes
  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

 

  1. Resizing & Alterations

Ring resizing is subject to design limitations. Certain styles (including full eternity bands and tension settings) may not be eligible for resizing.

Where resizing is requested after purchase, additional charges may apply.

 

  1. Warranty & Liability

We warrant that all products are supplied free from manufacturing defects.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Accidental damage
  • Misuse or neglect
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Third-party alterations

Our liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the item.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

Orders may be delayed or cancelled if they fail security verification.
